Yugo is a global student housing provider, and the Student Ambassador will be a key player in their apartment community, reporting to the General Manager. This role encompasses all aspects of leasing and marketing, ensuring positive resident relations. Responsibilities include managing apartment rentals, overseeing move-ins and lease renewals, generating and handling leads, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation, and completing move-in procedures in accordance with company policies. The mission is to deliver an extraordinary living experience, supporting students' transition to and from student life.
