The Student Engagement Student Aide serves as the first point of contact for students, employees and community members contacting the Student Engagement staff. Student Aides must be able to provide exceptional customer service in-person, via telephone, and through written/virtual communication. Additional duties include helping the office with special projects, working student events, having a strong understanding of the opportunities for students to engage with clubs and organizations.
