About The Position

Requirements

  • Experience working in an office setting is a plus.
  • Experience with Canva or other marketing/social media tools is a plus.
  • Previous involvement in college programs or leadership is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Post flyers on-campus and conduct student outreach.
  • Maintain job postings and upkeep of the Kraft Center for Student Success.
  • Set up event space and lead student check-in.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as record keeping, data entry, copying, and printing.
  • Create marketing materials and connect with students about upcoming events.
  • Help set up and support fairs, workshops, and other events.
  • Other duties as assigned.
