Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct visitors with professionalism and warmth.
  • Provide direct support to the Assistant Dean and Director of Student Affairs.
  • Contribute to the smooth coordination and organizational efficiency of the office’s operations.
  • Perform meaningful organization in the office of student affairs.
  • Provide support for programs, events, and student recruitment at the College of Nursing.
  • Provide administrative coordination for assigned duties.
  • Serve as a point of contact to graduate and undergraduate students and prospective students.
  • Support software utilized by the office and other programmatic support for activity scheduling, reporting, and other issues.
  • Perform a wide variety of office management tasks.
  • Serve as a point of contact for faculty and staff on matters related to student affairs, program requirements, policies and procedures, and other administrative matters.
  • Conduct inquiries, queries, and generate standard reports from university and college systems.
  • Produce documents using word processing and spreadsheet software as needed.
