Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; 4-year degree in a related field preferred but not required.
• 2-3 years in the education field preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel, excellent customer service, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Positive attitude, multi-tasker, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Monitor student grades and attendance, provide academic advising, and manage paperwork for withdrawals and leaves of absence.
• Act as a backup for Student Services, partner with the Education Department, and assist with various student and community programs.
• Develop course schedules, address scheduling challenges, and advise students on their options.
• Assist with ADA/504 accommodations, Veterans Benefits, and Student VISA processes as needed.
• Support housing needs, mediate roommate conflicts, and ensure housing status codes are updated.
