Requirements

• An Associate's degree.
• Three (3) years of related work experience, or a bachelor's degree with one (1) year of experience in Student Activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing, coordinating and overseeing the daily operations, activities, events and support services of Student Life & Leadership and Student Services.
• Ensure that all Student Activities events operate effectively and efficiently, while assessing event and attendee needs.
• Ensure event set-up, decorating, production, and tear down are completed for various Student Activities events, including: Convocation, Stu-Fac, Commencement, Passing of the Gravel, Spirit Week, Block Parties etc.
• Responsible for security, hospitality, promotion etc. at Student Activities events as needed.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all event details on the Student Activities calendar and properly promote these events.
• Assist in the maintenance and adherence to policies and procedures during events at Student Activities Events, ensuring compliance with College policies.
• Administer and collect surveys at events and contribute to post-event evaluations for program improvement and future planning.
• Assist with events and operations during evening, nights or weekend hours as needed.
