About The Position

Acts as a primary contact for students, parents, university personnel and other involved parties concerning student accounts. Advises students regarding their payment options and financial policies.

Requirements

  • Experience in accounts receivable, banking, or a student services department preferably in Student Accounts, Registrar, Financial Aid, Admissions, or Academic Advising.
  • Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Ability to interact in a professional manner during stressful situations.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player.
  • Ability to analyze, interpret data and make independent decisions.
