About The Position

The Student Accounts Financial Planner/Cashier at Johnson C. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents on financing options for a JCSU education.
• Provide information on payment options and maintain integrity of student records in accordance with federal regulations.
• Perform cashiering and related duties in support of student accounts and the university.
• Conduct daily reconciliation and balancing of the Student Accounts & Cashiering Office operations at the end of each business day.
• Handle difficult customer service situations with tact and diplomacy.
