The Student Accounts Coordinator will through a courteous, helpful, unbiased, and professional manner serve students, staff, parents and community members through the Student Accounts office, working on a broad array of student service issues, including: student accounts, financial aid, veterans' benefits, loans, payment plans, orientation, admissions and registration. The Student Accounts Coordinator will extensively collaborate with other departments to facilitate consistent delivery of service and information. The incumbent will refer students to appropriate University resources as necessary. The Student Accounts Coordinator provides services to a diverse population including non-native English speakers, international students, high school students and other community members whose needs and interests may vary. The incumbent will deliver service in a professional, efficient, courteous, and friendly manner. This position requires the use of sound independent judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Duties not fulfilled in this role could be detrimental to the University's daily business operations. A commitment to outstanding student-centered customer service is expected at all times.
