Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for students regarding their financial accounts, offering guidance on payment plans, tuition deadlines, and account balances.
• Proactively identify and address any financial issues, such as past-due balances or account discrepancies, while working closely with students to find solutions.
• Provide one-on-one consultations, helping students understand their financial options, manage their accounts, and maintain a positive balance.
• Work alongside the finance, enrollment, and student services teams to ensure clear communication with students about financial policies, holds, and next steps.
• Oversee and streamline financial processes, including audits, setting up payment plans, lifting finance holds, preparing documents ahead of meetings with students, and managing accounts in line with institutional policies.
• Assist with creation of communication templates, deadline reminders, other notifications as necessary, and perform special projects as assigned by local line manager and financial aid.
