About The Position

The general purpose of this job is to provide excellent service to students, parents, colleagues from other departments, and third party payer representatives as well as assisting with student account receivable aging analysis, invoicing and tax form preparation.

Requirements

  • Education – A high School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience – Six month to two year (Equivalent combination of education and employment).

Nice To Haves

  • Six months to two years required. Experience in higher education preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Process payments
  • Prepare daily deposits
  • Process petty cash transactions
  • Respond to student, parent, colleague, or company inquiries via phone or email
  • Post or remove miscellaneous fees to/from student accounts
  • Distribute mail
  • Prepare refund checks for mailing
  • Create contracts
  • Invoice companies
  • Reconcile accounts quarterly
  • Perform other duties as assigned
