The support specialist supports the operational needs of the office by providing exceptional service to students, team members, and other offices with a positive and encouraging attitude.

Requirements

  • Associates degree required or work equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Bookkeeping experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Respond to a high volume of student contacts to the Student Account Services department. This includes email, voicemail, and phone
  • Provide timely and helpful responses to inquiries received regarding 1098-Ts including the 1098-T email address
  • Receipt payments received by phone, mail, or online payment systems
  • Ensure that all Student Account Services documents are scanned and linked to the appropriate student record
  • Provide itemized receipts to students for individual courses upon request
  • Perform other duties as assigned
