The Student Account Representative serves as the primary contact for students and parents seeking to resolve university payment issues. As an expert in evaluating and recommending financial resolutions, this person will advise and counsel students and families through the available options to settle their accounts. They are responsible for processing payments, evaluating each account, and communicating best payment resolution options. This position requires close collaboration with the office of Financial Assistance, Registrar, and Residential Services to provide a comprehensive view of the student’s account and ensure exceptional customer services to both students and parents.
