About The Position

The Student Account Analyst is responsible to audit and review students accounts accurately and in a timely review to comply with internal policies and procedures as well meeting all Federal Regulatory requirements for the following essential areas: 14day Title IV CB, end of loan period credit balance, schedule gap/loan and student intent to return for active students. Additional responsibility is posting of funds, tuition adjustments.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience
• Must have an Associate's Degree

Responsibilities

• All active student accounts are audited and reviewed to ensure all Tuition Adjustment submitted requests are approved and completed per eligibility.
• All active student accounts are audited and reviewed to ensure all credit balances are cleared within 14 days based on student authorization on file.
• All active student accounts are audited and reviewed to ensure all credit balances are cleared prior to the end of the loan period.
• All active student accounts are audited and reviewed for Scheduled Gaps and Leave of Absence statuses to ensure eligibility of funds, and completion of refunds to meet Federal Regulations in a timely manner.
• All active student accounts are audited and reviewed and monitored to ensure 14-day Student Intent to Return Federal Regulation is met and review eligibility of funds.
• All tuition adjustments are reviewed and completed to meet internal policies and procedures and to remain in compliance with Federal Regulations.
• Provide support and guidance to campuses on any outstanding or pending items needing resolution.
• Prepare and submit weekly Flash report to Student Account Manager/Active.
