As the nation’s number one remodeling company by sales, we have more stucco work than we can currently fulfill. If you’re a licensed, experienced stucco professional looking for consistent, well-supported projects, we want to hear from you. What We Offer: High Earning Potential – Earn between $150,000 to $250,000 per year, depending on your speed, quality of work, and project volume. Pay is on a per-project basis — the more you complete, the more you make. Consistent, Year-Round Work – We schedule projects 2–6 weeks in advance, giving you time to plan and ensuring a reliable income across all seasons. No Sales or Lead Costs – We handle all marketing, sales, and customer acquisition — you focus on doing what you do best: quality stucco work. Full Job Support – In-field management and job-site assistance are provided to ensure smooth and successful installations. All Materials Provided – We supply all necessary materials for each job — no need for extra trips or added expenses. Requirements
- Stucco Experience – Strong background in stucco application and repair, including preparation, mixing, applying base and finish coats, and texture matching.
- Tools & Equipment – Your own truck, stucco tools, scaffolding, and safety gear.
- Licensing & Insurance – A valid contractor’s license, general liability insurance, and a bond are required.
- Professionalism & Quality – A commitment to delivering clean, professional finishes and ensuring 5-star customer satisfaction.
- Reliable Work Ethic – As a 1099 contractor, you’ll manage your own schedule, but have the support of an experienced and organized team behind you.
Responsibilities
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners regarding the scope of work.
- Transport and handle materials to and from the job site safely and efficiently.
- Perform full stucco installations or repairs according to job specifications and customer expectations.
- Ensure quality control and cleanliness throughout and after each project.
- Complete project documentation, collect final payments, and submit required paperwork.
