About The Position
Responsible for utilizing collaborative leadership to help achieve the strategic goals and objectives of the college. Participates in strategic, organizational and cooperative-planning processes germane to all aspects of the Student Code of Conduct. Leads the planning, budget-development, management, personal evaluation and other key processes of the Directorate. Provides proactive administrative direction to the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of strategies that serve to enhance awareness and knowledge among students of their rights and responsibilities, and of the consequences of expressly prohibited behavior. Provides leadership in a liaison relationship for College's instructional and student-support-services departments'/units' personnel and necessary on matters regarding the Student Code of Conduct.
