About The Position

The Boeing Test & Evaluation organization is seeking a Structures Test Lab Coordinator to join our team in Berkeley, MO to support testing and verification of structural designs across Air Dominance, Phantom Works, and Weapons products. You'll help enable testing for current and future programs including T‑7A Redhawk, MQ‑25A Stingray, Phantom Works, Weapons, and legacy platforms such as F‑15 and F/A‑18. This position is responsible for lab infrastructure and operations in collaboration with Structures Test Managers, the Senior Manager, and multiple test teams. The Structures Test Lab is ~40,000 sq ft of test space with hydraulic pump infrastructure, instrumentation, and a large inventory of lab equipment supporting multiple concurrent test programs. This role manages floor space assignments and lab configuration, acquires and stages equipment, maintains inventory and archives, coordinates capital and facility changes, and serves as the lab safety focal. This position reports to the Structures Test Lab Senior Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
  • 3+ years of experience in test and evaluation engineering
  • 3+ years of experience working in hardware systems test or design, lab testing, or systems engineering role
  • Experience with project management and able self-manage projects
  • Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics

Nice To Haves

  • 5 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)
  • Experience with capital, investment projects, or repair and maintenance projects
  • Experience with acquisition of equipment and hardware

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate test bay configurations and facility changes: plan, document, and control test bay configurations, and coordinate facility changes to meet program needs
  • Schedule and allocate floor/test space: maintain availability, utilization history, and coordinate space requests across concurrent programs
  • Acquire and stage equipment and infrastructure: coordinate capital and non‑capital procurements, rentals, and staging to support test schedules
  • Coordinate capital planning and facility RFU: work with Structures Test Capability, Facilities, and Finance to scope, track, and verify modifications and capital items are Ready for Use on schedule
  • Manage assets, inventory, and archives: maintain current asset records, LRBP/readiness status, lifecycle planning, test records, and a historical performance/configuration archive for repeatability and traceability
  • Safety ownership and workspace standards: serve as the lab Safety Focal, lead EHS coordination, and sustain 5S/cleanliness to keep areas safe and test‑ready
