About The Position

The position requires a candidate with a strong background in heavy maintenance service for commercial heavy jets, with a focus on MRO settings. The ideal candidate will have experience with various aircraft types and must be knowledgeable about the necessary documentation and procedures involved in heavy maintenance.

Requirements

• Preferred experience: 2 years commercial heavy jet experience in MRO setting.
• Will accept: 2 years military experience on acceptable aircraft.
• Will accept: Equal mix of commercial heavy jet and helos.
• Will accept: Equal mix of commercial heavy jet and regional jets.
• Will accept: Equal mix of military acceptable jet and regional jets.
• Will accept: Equal mix of military acceptable jet and helos.
• Thorough working knowledge of all forms and documents required to support heavy maintenance service.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, instructions, blueprints, and drawings.
• Efficiency in the use and application of tools, gauges, instruments, etc.
• Understanding and working knowledge of hazardous material handling and disposal.
• Valid and current Airframe and Powerplant license is a plus.
• Minimum required tools.
• Qualifications to obtain a SIDA badge.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Support heavy maintenance service by adhering to company policies and procedures.
