Responsible for drilling precision holes, including choosing the right drill motors and drill sizes, on flight hardware using appropriate tooling/jigs or egg cups Responsible for assembling hardware using structural adhesives, properly torquing fasteners, installing inserts, or installing hiloks Perform in process inspections using hand tools such as micrometers, calipers, and pin gauges Preform blending or deburr operations using appropriate hand or power tools and then protecting hardware with alodine/sealant Uphold high Relativity Space standards regarding safety and shop cleanliness Foster and inclusive environment for all members of the team
