About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Technician with a focus on structural inspection and repair. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in MRO environments or with major carriers. This full-time position requires adherence to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines while performing inspections, repairs, and modifications on aircraft structures. The technician will work Monday through Friday and will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation of all work performed. Candidates should be comfortable working in physically demanding environments and may be required to work in confined spaces.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in MRO environments or with major carriers.
  • Airframe & Power Plant License - Preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable in physically demanding environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with aircraft types such as B737, B767, A320 or similar.
  • Familiarity with computer-based systems for maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough inspections of aircraft structures according to maintenance manuals and regulatory standards.
  • Execute repairs and modifications on aircraft structural components using approved techniques and materials.
  • Assemble and install structural components and systems on aircraft, ensuring precision and adherence to engineering drawings.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and modifications performed, complying with regulatory requirements.
  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines during all tasks and operations.
  • Work collaboratively with engineers, technicians, and other personnel to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality aircraft maintenance.
  • Complete any or all structural rework/repair, squawks, and E.O.'s.
  • Interpret complex blueprints and use arithmetic involving decimals and fractions.
  • Utilize computer-based systems to perform duties.
  • Fabricate detail parts from blueprint or engineering instructions.

Benefits

  • Estimated Pay: Up to $1,100.00/Week (After Taxes) or equivalent to $34/HR
  • Full-time employment with a Monday - Friday schedule.
