Perform heavy maintenance (C and D checks) on CRJ 700 aircraft.
Execute interior modifications to adjust seating configurations.
Conduct maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) on CRJ 900's.
Utilize sheet metal skills for structural repairs and modifications.
Read and interpret blueprints and drawings on tablets.
Ensure all work complies with Part 121 regulations.

Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Structures Mechanic, preferably in MRO.
Experience with CRJ 700 and Embraer 145 aircraft.
Proficiency in sheet metal work and heavy maintenance (C and D checks).
Possession of at least an Airframe license.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Own set of tools.

Experience with Part 121 operations.
MRO experience is preferred, but candidates with assembly experience at companies like LMI or Spirit Aerosystems may be considered.
Ability to work with electronic tablets for accessing blueprints and documentation.
