About The Position

The Structures Manager oversees all structural construction activities on the project, working closely with superintendents, project engineers, quality and safety teams, survey staff, and key subcontractors and vendors. This role leads and mentors engineering staff, manages work planning and crew coordination, and ensures effective collaboration with earthwork, project controls, and other project disciplines. Success requires strong leadership, organization, communication, and the ability to manage schedule, cost, and project objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or equivalent experience, plus 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Strong knowledge of cast‑in‑place and precast concrete structures, including formwork, falsework, reinforcing steel, and post‑tensioning.
  • Demonstrated leadership and sound decision‑making in managing structural teams.
  • Ability to review drawings for constructability and collaborate with designers and field crews.
  • Experience with production cost reporting and schedule management.
  • Excellent written communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
