Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in structured settlements or regulated financial products.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to research and resolve moderately complex issues.

• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Experience in a high-touch operations environment.
• Deep knowledge of structured settlements or similar financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and administration of structured settlements for clients and consultants.
• Ensure full compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Analyze and review complex financial and legal documents.
• Collaborate with attorneys, insurance companies, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth case handling.
• Drive process improvements and contribute to best practices across operations.
• Own your cases from start to finish with professionalism and care.
