Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering, or other quantitative disciplines
• 12 months of relevant work experience (excluding internships)
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Word
• Attention to detail and effective time management skills
• Working knowledge of structured finance is beneficial

Nice To Haves

• Previous exposure to credit ratings, general credit, or asset based lending
• Industry experience in digital infrastructure, aviation, energy or esoteric assets

Responsibilities

• Support the monitoring of existing ratings and assist in new rating assignments across various structured finance transactions
• Analyze credit, legal, and structural elements of complex transaction structures
• Prepare high-quality written reports, including credit committees, criteria, and market commentary
• Communicate Fitch's rating methodologies and criteria to stakeholders
• Assist in research projects and support the development of new criteria within the group
• Maintain and develop relationships with assigned rating clients
