Fitch Ratings is seeking a Director to join the CMBS Data Centers group in our New York office. This specialized role focuses on Data Centers including transaction analysis, market research, and criteria development. The Director will lead the assessment of credit strengths and risks of commercial real estate properties and related loan structures in the U.S. and Canadian markets, oversee and enhance property cash flow underwriting and valuations, and guide the team in using quantitative analyses to evaluate property and loan-level characteristics and industry trends. The position also involves presenting and communicating complex rating conclusions to senior credit committees and stakeholders, as well as driving the publication of comprehensive transaction reports, rating commentaries, and research publications.
