About The Position

Orrick’s Structured Finance team is seeking an associate with 4-7 years of experience with a preference to join as a Career Associate. We are looking for a dedicated team player who thrives in managing multiple deals within a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to a collegial group. Orrick’s U.S. Structured Finance group advises on the industry's most innovative transactions and significant regulatory reform measures. Our team is a structured finance powerhouse, adept at taking bespoke approaches to the structuring, execution, and selling of residential mortgage-backed, commercial mortgage-backed, and asset-backed securities, including esoteric ABS, as well as CLOs, repackagings, re-securitizations, and other financings. Our Career Associate program offers top legal talent an alternative to the partner track while still providing opportunities to do cutting-edge legal work. Requirements

• Four to seven years of relevant law firm experience.
• Candidates must be highly motivated and have superior client service skills.
• Must be a member of the Bar in a U.S. State and satisfy any requirements of the Orrick office’s jurisdiction.
