Structured Finance Associate - LA
About The Position
Orrick’s Structured Finance team is seeking a hardworking associate with 2-6 years of transactional or finance experience for our Los Angeles office. We are looking for a dedicated team player who thrives in managing multiple deals within a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to a collegial group. Orrick’s U.S. Structured Finance group advises on the industry's most innovative transactions and significant regulatory reform measures. Our team is a structured finance powerhouse, adept at taking bespoke approaches to the structuring, execution, and selling of residential mortgage-backed, commercial mortgage-backed, and asset-backed securities, including esoteric ABS, as well as CLOs, repackagings, re-securitizations, and other financings.
Requirements
- Two to six years of experience.
- Candidates must be highly motivated and possess excellent academic credentials along with superior communication skills.
- Membership to the State Bar of the office of the state in which the candidate expects to be located is required.
