About The Position

FSG is a leading provider of low-voltage solutions and is looking for long-term, career minded individuals to join a growing team in the San Antonio area. As a Structured Cabling Technician, you will be responsible for pulling, testing, and terminating copper and/or fiber optic cabling in a construction environment. Compensation is based off experience, skill sets, and industry certifications. Qualifications The ideal candidate will satisfy the following requirements and qualifications: At least 6-months experience as a commercial low-voltage technician Possess a High School Diploma or GED Have their own reliable transportation to and from the jobsite Pass a background check and drug test Be able to work dayshifts, nights, or weekends, if needed High School Diploma or equivalent At least six months of installation experience Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation Must be able to pass drug and background screen Industry Certifications such as BICSI are a plus Manufacturer training certifications, (CommScope, Panduit, etc.) are a plus! Requirements
