Structured Cabling Technician/Installer Harrisburg, PA
About The Position
Candidates need to be reliable, take direction and work independently, be in reasonably good physical condition, able to climb ladders up to 12 and lift up to 50 lbs. The position requires travel and one- to two-week stays at installation locations. Entry level, hourly wage is no less than $15.00 p/h during first 90 days. Raise will be awarded commensurate with performance. Previous successful entry-level hires are earning over $40k annual salary within 36 months. All travel and lodging is arranged and paid for by Parity Technology Solutions. Additional part of the compensation package includes a generous, above national average, weekly per-diem, to be used however employee chooses. A company use cell phone and laptop are provided after 90-day probationary period. Raises and bonuses are awarded commensurate with production and performance.
