Requirements
- Proven experience as a structural welder
- Ability to pass MIG & Flux fillet weld test
- Proficient in MIG and Flux-Core welding
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Responsibilities
- Perform structural welding using MIG and Flux-Core processes
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and job specifications
- Complete welds that pass visual inspection and fill-it testing
- Ensure welds meet structural and quality requirements
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Work independently or as part of a team to meet production goals
