About The Position

We are currently hiring a Structural Welder to join a leading fabrication team in Tulsa, OK. The Structural Welder will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and components using MIG and Flux Core welding techniques. Candidates must be able to read and interpret shop drawings accurately and maintain high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of in-shop welding experience required.
• Strong proficiency with MIG and Flux Core welding processes.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings accurately.
• Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with fabrication, fitting, and layout preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and Flux Core welding on structural components according to project requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols to complete accurate fabrication.
• Fit, assemble, and weld metal structures and frameworks.
• Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet quality and dimensional specifications.
• Operate hand and power tools, grinders, and cutting equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all shop safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet deadlines and quality standards.
