At Top Metal Solutions LLC , we specialize in high-quality metal fabrication, including racks, structural components, CNC cutting, welding, and coating. We are a fast-growing company in Adkins, TX, looking for talented welders who want stability, teamwork, and career growth. We are looking for a Structural Welder / Fitter to join our team. You will assemble, fit, and weld metal structures using blueprints and specifications. This role is perfect for experienced welders who want to grow into leadership positions or expand their technical skills in a dynamic shop environment.

Requirements

Authorization to work in the U.S.
Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
Experience assembling and welding structural metal components
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
Skilled in MIG welding, plasma cutting, and other fabrication tools
Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for long periods
Commitment to safety, quality, and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

OSHA or AWS certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

Assemble and fit structural metal components according to blueprints and specifications
Measure, mark, and prepare materials for welding and assembly
Perform MIG welding and tack welding as needed
Cut and shape materials using plasma cutters, torches, and other shop tools
Use measuring instruments (tape, square, level, templates) to ensure precision
Mentor or assist junior welders and helpers when needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
