They are seeking a hardworking Foreman to lead and labor alongside their crew in the field, erecting steel and pre-cast concrete structures. The role involves collaborating with Project Managers and Project Engineers to coordinate construction efforts and drive improvements. The company emphasizes safety, respect, and ethical practices.

Requirements

5 years of steel and/or precast erection experience
Valid driver's license, safe driving record, and proof of insurance
Current certification or ability to become certified in OSHA 10 or 30
Current certification or ability to become certified in Osha Subpart R
Current certification or ability to become certified in Rigger/Signalman Training
Current certification or ability to become certified in American Welding Society Certification
Current certification or ability to become certified in other equipment certifications (e.g., ariel platform, telehandler, skid loader)
