About The Position

With over 110 years in business in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Journey Structural, a division of Journey Group, is growing and seeking a hardworking Structural Steel Foreman to join our team to be a leader out in the field who will coordinate and labor alongside their crew to erect steel and pre-cast concrete structures. Work collaboratively with Project Manager and Project Engineer to coordinate construction efforts that continue to drive improvements. Be a part of a team that prioritizes safety, respect, and doing the right things, always.

Requirements

• 5 years of steel and/or precast erection experience, with team leadership experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license, safe driving record, and proof of insurance required.
• Current certification or ability to become certified in:
• OSHA 10 or 30
• Osha Subpart R
• Rigger/Signalman Training
• American Welding Society Certification
• Other equipment certifications, ariel platform, telehandler, skid loader, etc.
