Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard structural software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, RAM, RISA-3D, PCA) and familiarity with BIM platforms such as Revit and AutoCAD preferred.
  • Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines.
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as project needs arise.

Responsibilities

  • Perform structural analysis, design, and detailing for a wide range of building types and materials in accordance with applicable building codes.
  • Develop and prepare construction documents within a BIM environment.
  • Coordinate design work with internal teams as well as external partners, including architects and engineers across multiple disciplines.
  • Contribute to innovative and sustainable structural solutions that balance performance, constructability, schedule, and budget.
