Responsibilities Position Summary The Paint Prepper loads and/or unloads parts from a continuous line while maintaining an organized and safe work area, assists team lead as required to maintain a high level of team productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience
• Ability to read and follow work orders and numerical instructions
• Knowledge of quality assurance and self-inspection techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Team orientation
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

Nice To Haves

• Crane operation experience preferred but not required
• Forklift operation experience preferred but not required
• Big Joe operation experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Selecting proper hanging devices
• Identifying parts related to work orders
• Loading/unloading parts on powder coat line
• Employees are responsible for comply with all requirements of Daifuku’s QMS policies and procedures.
• Employees are to ensure sustainable process outputs that drive continuous improvement to provide leading industry performance and exceptional customer satisfaction.
