About The Position
The Structural Modeler position at Ericksen, Roed and Associates, Inc. (ERA) is a full-time role that offers an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to advance their careers in structural engineering. We are seeking a motivated structural modeler who is eager to contribute to our mission and grow within our organization. As a Structural Modeler, you will be responsible for performing structural drafting and design services. This includes modifying existing structural design documents and creating new ones. You will review architectural documents and internal engineering information using Revit, and develop conceptual, preliminary, and construction-level drawings, making necessary revisions throughout the process. A key aspect of your role will involve converting existing 2D structural drawings into 3D Revit models, adhering to directed standards, and maintaining quality control to ensure the integrity of the Revit model as the project progresses through each design phase. Collaboration is essential in this position, as you will work closely with the project team on various projects, often utilizing multiple technologies to meet client deadlines and expectations. Ensuring that all work completed adheres to both company and client standards is critical to the overall success of our projects. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working cross-functionally to deliver high-quality results.
