Requirements

• A sound technical background in Civil Engineering.
• Strong communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for the challenges of designing great structures.
• BS in Civil Engineering or completion of a minimum of 24 hours of engineering coursework towards BS in Civil Engineering.
• Accepted in or plans to apply for graduate program in Civil Engineering with structural emphasis.
• EIT preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible scheduling but should be consistently available a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Participate on project teams for architectural projects of all types, including commercial, sports, healthcare, and public assembly buildings.
• Engage in the in-house staff development program.
