About The Position

TriStar Centennial Medical Center is seeking a heart failure or structural heart cardiology advanced practice provider interested in an outpatient clinic practice with our premier cardiology group in Nashville, Tennessee.

Requirements

• Nurse practitioner or physician assistant certification.
• Tennessee licensure or ability to obtain.
• Heart failure or structural cardiac experience as an advanced practice provider.
• Ability to work independently.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with valve disease, PFO, ASD, LAAC, and pulmonary embolism preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing outpatient heart failure and structural heart cardiology support for structural heart clinic.
• Working independently in a full-time capacity, 4-day work week with a flexible off day.
