Structural Engineer (Multiple Positions) (Stantec Consulting Services Inc.; Tampa, FL): Perform structural analysis and design for Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants, Reservoirs, other Hydraulic Containment Facilities, and associated Industrial and Administrative Buildings. Design, analyze and specify primarily reinforced concrete, masonry and structural steel systems and buildings. Prepare and revise documentation in various structural phases including conceptual design, detailed design, and construction support. Utilize computing technologies for the development of three-dimensional analysis and graphical models of structural systems. Carry out structural design calculations on various projects, and review CAD drawings and work drafts prepared by designer. Review RFI, contractor submittals, and shop drawings during construction phase. Perform site visits to inspect construction work and solve construction problems. Perform Quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) reviews, as well as independent technical reviews. 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.). #LI-DNI #GTM

Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience; OR a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience with the following: Infrastructure and water related projects including water and wastewater treatment plants, water storage tanks, retaining walls, loading platforms, or marine terminal docks; Using structural software including SAP2000 or STAAD PRO to perform calculations; and Excel, Mathcad, Hilti Engineering Suite, AutoCad, or Revit.
Must have active U.S. Professional Engineer License.
Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days a week.
Travel to various locations throughout the US required up to 25%.
