About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Structural Engineer to contribute to the analysis and design of structural systems for municipal, commercial, and infrastructure developments. This role emphasizes technical accuracy, code compliance, and collaborative coordination across multidisciplinary engineering teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong structural modeling capabilities, practical experience in building and infrastructure design, and a commitment to delivering precise, high-quality engineering documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
Experience designing structural systems for buildings and/or infrastructure projects
Strong understanding of structural design codes and applicable building regulations
Proficiency in structural analysis and drafting software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD, Revit, or similar platforms)
Solid analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Nice To Haves

Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred

Responsibilities

Perform structural analysis and design for public, commercial, and infrastructure projects
Develop engineering calculations, structural plans, details, and technical specifications
Ensure all designs meet applicable building codes, structural standards, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, MEP professionals, and project managers
Participate in internal design reviews and support coordination during construction phases
Assess structural systems for strength, stability, serviceability, and constructability
Maintain organized design files, calculations, and revision records
Provide technical input during project meetings and interdisciplinary coordination efforts
