The Role We have an opportunity for an Engineer to join our Structural Practice in Seattle the summer of 2026. Candidates for the Structural Engineer position will support projects such as cultural buildings, office buildings, healthcare and research facility design, and tenant renovation work. You'll form part of a team delivering innovative structural designs.

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Structural or Architectural Engineering.
  • Hold a EIT and/or working towards the goal of becoming a Professional Engineer.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in engineering consulting, including internships.
  • Working knowledge of current industry software, including SAP2000, ETABS, Ram, Risa3-D, PCA Software, Revit, and AutoCAD is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Structural analysis, design and detailing for all types of buildings and materials using a variety of building codes.
  • Coordination of design work with in-house staff as well as other design professionals including Architects and other Engineering disciplines.
  • Preparation of construction documents within a BIM environment.
  • Collaborative team work, delivering projects to deadlines.
