About The Position

We are looking for a Structural Project Engineer with a strong civil engineering foundation to support the design and delivery of building and infrastructure projects. This role focuses on developing practical, efficient structural solutions across commercial and industrial projects. The position works closely with internal teams and clients to ensure designs meet performance, cost, and constructability requirements. This is a strong fit for an engineer with 5–7 years of experience seeking long-term growth in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field with a structural focus
• 5–7 years of experience in structural engineering or related design work
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or ability to obtain
• Experience working on commercial, industrial, or similar building projects
• Proficiency with structural design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills in design environments
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and clients

Nice To Haves

• Project engineering or project management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for commercial and industrial building projects
• Prepare engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications in accordance with applicable codes and standards
• Collaborate with internal teams, architects, and clients to develop effective design solutions
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and constructability
• Support projects from initial design through construction and closeout phases
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies throughout the project lifecycle
• Assist with project management tasks including scheduling, budgeting, and documentation
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design intent
• Identify and resolve design challenges through practical, cost-effective solutions
