The ideal candidate will have a passion for problem solving, enjoy challenges and understand nuance. An ability to travel domestically to respond to emergency situations (fire, structural collapse, natural disaster) on short notice may be required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 3+ years of experience in engineering
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of engineering principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support to the Emergency Response team
• Manage files and records
• Create technical reports and client proposals
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations
• Analyze and solve engineering problems and deliver solutions
• Manage client communications and project schedule
• Manage spreadsheets and data sets (Excel)
• Other duties as assigned
