About The Position

Acting as a technical leader, the Structural Engineer interacts directly with customers, manages project execution, and mentors junior staff. The position requires strong problem-solving abilities, business acumen, and a focus on building long-term client partnerships. Oversee project lifecycles from concept through construction, including preparing drawings, specifications, and technical reports. Success is measured by technical excellence, operational efficiency, and securing repeat business.
