The Team We are seeking a Structural Engineer, Technical Lead to join American Tower’s Engineering team. The Structural Engineering team ensures our towers maintain a high level of compliance with industry standards around capacity. Day to day you will serve as a technical expert on structural analysis of existing tower assets to provide recommendations for tower capacity modifications. As a Structural Engineer Technical Lead, you will partner cross-functionally to develop innovative solutions to technical problems as well as processes, procedures and technical policies for the structural engineering group related to your expertise.
