About The Position
Archon Resources is currently seeking a Structural Engineer Project Manager to join our client in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This is a direct hire opportunity with a competitive salary of $125,000, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering, particularly in the design of wood, masonry, steel, and concrete structures. This role requires a professional who can earn the confidence of clients through elegant, practical, and timely engineering solutions. The position is on-site, and the candidate will be expected to manage others while demonstrating leadership and project management skills. In this role, the Structural Engineer Project Manager will interact with and direct other project team members, ensuring that all projects meet quality standards prior to issuance. The candidate will conduct construction observations and special inspections, acting as a mentor to junior employees. The ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines is crucial. The successful candidate will possess good technical knowledge of engineering systems, materials, and procedures, along with strong communication skills to interact positively with clients on project issues. The position requires a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering, and the candidate must be a licensed engineer in the state of Oklahoma or have the ability to obtain licensure immediately.
