About The Position

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering and project management
- Strong understanding of structural analysis and design principles
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of structural engineering projects
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to define project specifications
- Conduct structural analysis and design using industry-standard software
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards
- Mentor and train junior engineering staff
- Prepare and present project proposals and progress reports to clients and stakeholders
