About The Position
We're working with a fast -paced and growing engineering firm in Naples, FL to bring a Structural Engineer to its team. The ideal candidate should have a background in both design and planning and will be responsible for designing and executing structural designs, both in the field and on a computer.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ Years of experience in Structural Design and Drafting.
- Familiarity with the Florida Building Code and local code requirements.
- Superior written and communication skills.
- P.E. License is Required
Nice To Haves
- Working knowledge of Revit Structure is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Structural design and analysis for projects involving concrete, masonry, steel and wood construction.
- Evaluate building conditions and inspections.
- Assisting in preparation of drawings and specifications.
- Design structures according to government building codes.
