About The Position
As a Structural Engineer at Baird, you’ll work on a wide variety of challenging projects including ports, ferry terminals, seawalls, bulkheads, flood protection structures, dams, spillways, and more. You’ll be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team with opportunities for growth, mentorship, and technical development—playing a key role in the full design and delivery of coastal and waterfront projects.
